THIS RFQ HAS CLOSED

The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a lease of approximately 74 acres adjacent to Caneel Bay, within Virgin Islands National Park. The best qualified offerors responding to this RFQ, as determined by the NPS, will be asked to submit a development proposal under a subsequent Request for Proposals that is expected to be issued in the summer of 2025.

Site Visit

The NPS will hold site visits on November 7 & 8, 2024. Additional dates may be added if necessary. More details on the site visit and how to RSVP are provided in the RFP. All parties interested in attending should RSVP no later than November 5, 2024, by 4:00 ET.
