Place of Service: Burial Place: Translation: (Spanish)
Notes: Wife of Juan Merardo Figueroa, they had evidently gotten married just prior to the outbreak of the Pima revolt, as Kessel claims she was with Juan in Tubac at the time he was attacked there. I have not been able to substantiate this in the original records and they did not have their first child until 1754. Regardless of whether they were married yet or not, and regardless of whether she had been with him at Tubac, both were in the horde of people fleeing to Terrenate in the panic-stricken days following the uprising.
