How to Submit a FOIA Request

Per 43 C.F.R. § 2.3(b), to obtain a record, all FOIA requests must be submitted in written form. The requester can submit a written FOIA request by one of the following manners:

1. Online at FOIAXpress.com or at FOIA.gov
2. Fax to the respective NPS Region’s FOIA point of contact fax number provided below.
3. U.S. Mail to the respective NPS Region’s FOIA point of contact mailing address provided below.
