Road Closures Your Safety

Continuing this summer and extending over the next several years, a number of construction projects will commence and continue in the Park. These projects have been planned and developed over the last several years, have completed Park and public review, and are now funded. This page and its associated links provides an overview of the projects and sources for printed information, and you are also welcome to contact any key personnel listed for projects to discuss the projects or ask questions.

Valley Forge was the third of the eight American winter encampments during the Revolutionary War. It is the best known of the eight, however, because it is remembered as the birthplace of the Continental Army.
