JOIN THE CONTINENTAL ARMY

 

Young recruits will receive enlistment papers and be issued dummy muskets to learn the techniques and marching maneuvers necessary to be a soldier. Participants are encouraged to attend all programs, as the activities will change and build on what is learned from month to month. Programs are held at the park the first Saturday of the month, January through April. Some of the activities may take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly and wear sturdy shoes.....more information.

 

PECO Podcasts Through History
Learn about Valley Forge in a fun and exciting way. A series of 10 podcasts will be released from February through June 2008. Look for a new episode every two weeks.

 

Junior Ranger Program
Junior Rangers learn about the Valley Forge encampment by completing an activity sheet as they follow the park tour. Junior Ranger sheets are available at the welcome center desk for free.
