NPS Photo Permits Special uses of National Park Service facilities are allowed by permit only. Contact the park for a Special Use Application. A fee may be charged for use of park facilities during and after normal operating hours. Special Use applications are approved at the discretion of the Park Superintendent Reservations Reservations are only required for groups of 15 or more. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance of your planned visit. We encourage groups to call as early as possible to schedule, especially if a tour of Booker T. Washington's house is requested. Our busiest months are February - May. To schedule a tour of the George W. Carver Museum or "The Oaks" (Booker T.
