Battlefield:
Open to pedestrian traffic 7 days a week during daylight hours.

Tour Road:

  • Open season: April 1 through November 30, weather permitting.
  • Open Hours:
    • April 1 - September 30: 9am - 7pm
    • October 1 - Daylight Savings Time: 9am - 5pm
    • Daylight Savings Time - November 30: 9am - 4pm

Visitor Center:
Open 9am to 5pm daily, 7 days per week.  Scheduled closed only on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day.

Schuyler House:
Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day,  Wednesday through Sunday, 9:30am to 4:30pm

  • After Labor Day, Schuyler House is open weekends only, 9:30 am to 4:30pm, through October 18, 2009.

Saratoga Monument:
Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, Wednesday through Sunday, 9:30am to 4:30pm

  • After Labor Day, Saratoga Monument is open weekends only, 9:30am to 4:30pm, through October 18, 2009.
A park volunteer, dressed as an American soldier, helps orient visitors to what they are seeing.  

Did You Know?
Not all American soldiers during the Revolutionary War used dark blue uniforms trimmed with red. Some did, but a number of different colors were in use. Some of the German soldiers at the Battles of Saratoga also wore dark blue uniforms. Think it could be confusing sometimes?
