Large Groups and Bus Tours

Commercial bus tours and large groups wishing to reserve special tours must call ahead at 603-675-2175. The park appreciates advanced notification of large groups even when special tours are not requested.

Cost

Normal entry fees apply to all members of the group. Payment is due the day of the visit and is payable with credit card. Advanced deposits are not required.

Guided Programs

Special programs for large groups of 12 people or more may be available as staffing and scheduling limits permit. Some groups may be encouraged to join already scheduled public tours.

A general tour of the site lasts about 45 minutes includes outdoor sculptures. There are benches throughout the park for people who may need a rest, but Aspet and the Formal Garden are not wheelchair accessible. Group members should dress for the weather.

Aspet, the historic house, is not included in group tours. Four rooms are open to the public. Only 12 people also allowed inside at a time because of the constricted space. If logisitics and time allow, large groups may be able to walk through the historic house.

Accessibility

Certain buildings and areas of the park are, unfortunately, not wheelchair accessible, including Aspet and the Formal Garden. The introductory film is open captioned, and audio description for the film is available. Please call the park for specific questions about accessibility.

Food

There are no food services available at the park. The visitor center has a drinking fountain and water bottle filling station. There are several picnic tables and benches around the grounds, but there are no covered picnic areas available in the event of rain.
