Become a junior ranger! It's easy—just follow these steps:

  • Pick up a copy of the Junior Ranger Activity Booklet at the Saint Croix Island ranger station.
  • Complete the number of activities for your age.
  • Find a park ranger and show him or her your completed booklet.
  • Repeat the pledge and get your official junior ranger patch!

The Junior Ranger Program is available from June through September, seven days a week.

Did You Know?
Archeological evidence suggests that the area around Saint Croix Island had already been inhabited for at least 4000 years before European settlement. The island is protected today as part of Saint Croix Island International Historic Site.
