Bicycling Information

The Island of Hawai'i is a popular place for bike riding. Those wishing to visit the Park by bike should take special precautions because of the lack of dedicated bike lanes on the Islands' narrow highways. As well, the Kohala Coast is known for its strong winds that can make biking challenging and dangerous.
Don't forget your sunscreen!
