Update to Lighthouse Restoration Work: The plan is to start work no earlier than Monday, July 23, 2018.

Through Sunday, July 22, 2018, the Lighthouse Visitor Center and the stairs leading down to the lighthouse will be open from 10 am to 4:30 pm, Friday through Monday. When wind speeds exceed 40 mph (64 km/hr), the steps to the lighthouse are closed for visitors' safety. Check back later for a more definitive start date for the restoration work.
