The Union Bank and Trust administered the Kohrs family trust. It was overseen by Kohrs’ son-in-law John Boardman and Conrad Warren’s step-father, Frank Bogart. In 1958, Warren broke from the family bank and its scrutiny by securing an operating loan [an annual necessity in agriculture] from another institution.
