Made by Browning Arms Company, St. Louis, Missouri
20 gauge, double-barrel shotgun with fully engraved action and a checkered stock.  The engravings feature vignettes of rabbits and game birds.  The checkering (carved pattern) is both decorative and provides a better grip.
