John Moaney
John Moaney first served on the General’s personal staff in 1942. During the war, Moaney was in charge of Eisenhower’s Scottie dogs, so he and Eisenhower became fast friends. At war’s end, Moaney asked to stay on the General’s staff. He took care of the General’s cloths, cleaned house, and served meals.
