Self-Guided Auto Tour

A self-guided, auto tour provides visitors an overview of key locations where the Battle of Monocacy was fought. The route follows the public roadway system and totals approximately 6 miles round-trip. Optional walking trails are located at auto tour stop 3 (Worthington Farm), stop 4 (Thomas Farm), and stop 5 (Gambrill Mill). You may pick up a copy of the free brochure from the battlefield's visitor center.

A note to our visitors and bus tour groups: Please be respectful of our park neighbors and do not park cars or tour buses in residential driveways or church parking lots. Please use designated visitor parking areas shown on the map at left and on your brochure. Thank you.
