There are 51 historic structures at Monocacy National Battlefield, along with a wide variety of archeological sites and historic landscape features. The battlefield's Cultural and Natural Resource divisions work hard to manage, protect, and maintain the park's resources so that future generations can continue to enjoy and learn from them.

Did You Know?
The "Y" at Monocacy Junction, completed in 1830, allows trains to turn around. It was the first of its kind in the United States, and is still in use today.
