Harlan Butt suggests Artist-in-Residence programs can transform work of participants
Description
Harlan W. Butt is considered one of the world’s premier contemporary enamelists. Over the span of his forty-year career, his techniques with cloisonné, Limoges painting, and other processes have transformed expectations of the medium. "I'm attracted to places that are more natural and somewhat isolated from urban environments," he said during his stay as an artist-in-residence at Acadia National Park in June 2018.
