Johnson Settlement Prairie

A majority of Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park is utilized as ranchland, consisting primarily of agricultural pastures (comprised of coastal bermuda grass), cropland, and a prairie restoration area. Except for the prairie restoration area and landscaping around structures, these areas are managed for the grazing of cattle.
