Ranger-Conducted Program Requests

Submit at least one month prior to your requested program date. Please allow at least 3 weeks for processing.

 

Self-Guided Requests

Please submit as soon as possible.  Please allow at least 3 weeks for processing.

Reservation Instructions

You may make a reservation any one of 4 ways: FAX, Snail Mail, Email or Telephone.  Whichever method you choose, please allow 3 weeks for processing.

o    FAX forms may be sent via: 509-633-9187

o    Mail to: Education, Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area, 1008 Crest Drive, Coulee Dam, WA 99116

o    Telephone.  Call Education Specialist Janice Elvidge at 509-633-9188 ext. 12.  You may leave a message which includes all information on the reservation form, including alternate dates and times.

o    Email: e-mail us.  Email the reservation form as an attachement or as text.

 

·         First come, First Served on all reservation requests

·         Make a copy of the completed form(s) for your files.

·         If you do not hear from us within three (3) weeks please contact Janice Elvidge, Education Specialist at 509-633-9188 ext. 12 to ensure your request was received.
