OVERTON, Nev. - The National Park Service has closed the road leading to the St. Thomas town ruins for repair. St. Thomas is in the northern area of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
Heavy rains over the weekend washed out a portion of the road. Repair is expected to take at least two weeks.
