LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS - CHART CORRECTION

LAS VEGAS - The National Park Service has deactivated the

South Boulder Island Light 2 in the Boulder Basin of Lake

Mead and replaced it with a lighted buoy. This conical

shaped red buoy will show a red light and display a four

second flash sequence. The light is on for 4.0 seconds

then off for 3.6 seconds after which the sequence is

repeated.
