LAS VEGAS - The National Park Service has identifed the man who fell to his death yesterday morning as Jay Brown, Jr. of Las Vegas.  He and a group where hiking Fortification Hill near Kingman Wash northeast of Hoover Dam on the Arizona side of Lake Mead.

Witnesses state that Brown fell while climbing.  He had reached a height of 16-feet when he lost hold and fell about 75-feet.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
