Videos are available for teachers to borrow. We will ship to you. You must pay for shipping back to the park. The borrowing period is two to four weeks, depending on your distance from the park. The list of available videos is separated into categories and rated for your convenience (5 = Best). Contact the education office at 760-367-3011 to arrange to borrow park videos.

Desert Tortoise Traveling Trunks are available in two versions:

Ground Water Model shows students how ground water is connected. The model is available to local teachers willing to pick it up at the park education office and return it.

Red Spotted Toad  

Did You Know?
The red-spotted toad is a true denizen of the desert, where it spends most of its life underground. Found from one end of the park to the other, it appears after good, soaking rains.
