    Art Inspired by the Civil War
    The Civil War was one of the most traumatic and important events in American history. No aspect of American life was untouched by the war. This includes literature, music, and even art. In an encore presentation of Art Inspired by the Civil War from 2014, you’ll learn about some of the classic pieces and styles of artwork most influenced by the Civil War. Some of these will perhaps be familiar to you, while others may surprise you.

    This live program will be delivered online by Park Ranger Mary Lintern on July 8, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. as part of the Leaders and Legacies series with Mentor Public Library.
