Permits

Permits are required for:

  • Wilderness camping (Paliku or Holua campsites)
  • Wilderness cabins (Kapalaoa, Holua or Paliku cabins)
  • Any special use: Weddings, Memorializations, Film Permits, Special Assembly, First Amendment Activities, Athletic Events, Firearms, Collecting Resource Materials, etc.
  • Any commercial use: Road Based Tours, Hiking Tours, Horse Tours, Starwatching Tours, etc.
