Fees & Reservations
 

There is no admission fee to the park. 

Wagon tours are the only program with a fee. Wagon tours are offered hourly Thursday through Monday starting mid-June and running through Labor Day. Cost for the wagon tour is $5.00 per person or $15.00 for a family.

Reservations
It is highly recommended that school groups and bus groups make a reservation if they are planning on visiting the park.

Reservations can be made by calling the park office at 406-846-2070 ext.224. Please have ready the date you would like to visit, the time you will be coming, and how many people will be in your group.

Did You Know?
Like your fingernails a horse’s hoof keeps growing. If it doesn’t wear down naturally, it is necessary to trim it. If it gets worn down faster than it can grow, it needs an iron shoe to protect it. In trail-driving days, cowboys often left their horses unshod unless they got sore-footed.
