North Rim Accommodations and Studio

Details of the North Rim accommodations and studio space will soon be posted.

Applications for the North Rim are submitted a full year prior to the residency date.

Participating 2009 artists are already confirmed. The application deadline for the 2010 season has passed - jurying will take place during this summer and notification of residency awards will follow.

If you will be submitting an application for the 2011 season, it must be postmarked between February 1 and April 1 of 2010.

Did You Know?
Each year, thousands of hikers enter the Grand Canyon on the Bright Angel Trail. They follow a route established by prehistoric people for two key reasons: water and access. Water emerges from springs at Indian Garden, and a fault creates a break in the cliffs, providing access to the springs.
