Fort Moultrie and Park Headquarters are both located at 1214 Middle Street on Sullivan's Island and are accessible by car.

From Mount Pleasant & US 17
- From US 17 follow the signs for SC 703 and Sullivan's Island.
- Take SC 703 to Sullivan's Island.
- Cross the Intracoastal Waterway at the Ben Sawyer Bridge.
- Continue straight on Ben Sawyer Boulevard to Middle Street.
- Turn right at the stop sign onto Middle Street.
- The Fort Moultrie Visitor Center and parking is 1.5 miles away on Middle Street.


Please note: You can't get to Fort Sumter from Fort Moultrie.
