NPS Affiliated Organizations

Affiliated Organizations are establishments that share a similar mission to the National Park Service. By working with or for these organizations, you could be rewarded with the ability to use several different Direct Hiring Authorities (DHA), that can be used to get a permanent position within the park service, either by experience gained or benefits offered.

Chesapeake Bay Trust (The program is a yearlong and pays $20,000 a year.)

An organization with a focus on projects that will protect and clean the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
