You can request your Annual Pass in either of two forms:
a bumper sticker as in past years (owners of motorcycles and soft-top vehicles
should select this option
), or
a "hangtag" to be displayed on the mount of the rearview mirror of your vehicle.
(The tag is not transferable: your license number will be entered on it.)

How to buy an ANNUAL VEHICLE PASS for this park:

Passes are available beginning around February each year. You can buy one:
in person at park headquarters 
in person at visitor centers once they open each spring
in season,
at staffed collection stations at Milford Beach PA, Dingmans Access PA,
    or Smithfield Beach PA.
at NJ District Office, Walpack NJ (973) 948-7761 | Directions
at U.S. Route 209 Contact Stations at Bushkill PA and Milford PA
through the mail. Download the application form (pdf file), fill it out, and send it
    with a check for the appropriate amount to the address on the form.

Once the fee collection season has started, you can pay the full amount for an annual park pass at on-site fee collection machines and then exchange the receipt at one of the locations listed here for an annual pass for this park.

 

Acceptability of AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL passes in this park...
Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area collects Expanded Amenity Fees,
(formerly called recreation use fees), not Entrance fees or Standard Amenity Fees.
As such, the fees at this park are not covered by (regular) America the Beautiful Annual Passes.
However, a 50% discount on the park's expanded amenity fees (for one day) and on the park's annual park pass (described on this page) will be given to holders of:
American the Beautiful (ATB) Senior Passes/National Parks Golden Age Pass, and
American the Beautiful (ATB) Access Passes/National Parks Golden Access Pass.

Did You Know?
... that the reservoir of the proposed Tocks Island Dam would have inundated 30 miles of the Delaware River and 30,000 acres of its river valley (now part of Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.) The defeat of the dam was an early victory of the environmental movement in this country.
