Although visitors are welcome to use the entrance pavilion at Oakland Plantation for picnics, reunions, and other gatherings, all open park areas remain accessible to all park visitors during business hours.

If a group wishes to retain private use of the pavilion or the grounds after-hours, arrangements should be made with park staff, and cost may be incurred to cover staffing.
