What better way to explore Camp Nelson National Monument than on a guided tour?

These programs include a discussion why Camp Nelson was built, stories of the soldiers, civilians, and refugees who stayed and worked here, and the important legacy of this site into the modern day. Programs are 45 minutes long, and visitors should be prepared to walk approximately 1/2 mile on grassy trails and moderately uneven ground. Visitors are encouraged to wear sturdy shoes and bring water!

Guided tours are offered 7-days a week at 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 2:00 pm or by reuqest or when staffing allows.
