Interpretive Programs

Boston National Historical Park offers interpretive programs at many of our sites. Depending on the season you can listen to talks pre-revolutionary war Boston, the importance of the Bunker Hill Monument and the role of civilian workers in building a strong navy. Did You Know?
Did you know that not until 1835 did folks start referring to the event of December 16, 1773 as "The Boston Tea Party?" For the previous 62 years, the event had been called just what it obviously was, "The Destruction of The Tea.
