Please supply the information requested. Attach additional sheets, if necessary, to provide required information. A nonrefundable processing fee of $50.00 must accompany this application unless the requested use is an exercise of a First Amendment right. Payment may be made online or made by check via mail. You must allow sufficient time for the park to process your request. Please submit your application no later than the following time periods:
WEDDINGS
No more than 25 persons—2 weeks prior to the event
More than 25 persons—8 weeks prior to the event
EVENTS
Events that will take place on existing approved trails—8 weeks prior to the event
Events that need additional environmental compliance—1 year prior to the event
OTHER
After-hour pool use—5 business days prior to the event
All other requests should be processed within 30-45 days if the application is complete and without alteration. Requests involving multiple locations, complex logistics, or coordination with other visitor activities may require more time to process.
You will be notified of the status of the application and the necessary steps to secure your final permit. Your permit may require the payment of cost recovery charges and proof of liability insurance naming the United States of America an additional insured.
