The park grounds are open daily: 8:00 a.m. to dark. The visitor center is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The visitor center is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Did You Know?
In 1783 one of only two Revolutionary War battles west of the Mississippi River was fought at Arkansas Post when British partisans and their Chickasaw allies attacked the Spanish fort.
