Q: Who qualifies for a "Free" ESRI User Conference 2009 Pass?
A: Under the DOI agreement any National Park Service employee, NPS partner, or NPS intern who has secured funding for travel to the conference in San Diego qualifies for a conference pass.


Before submitting your name for a free pass you must get approval for travel and travel costs from your supervisor. When you have completed that please fill out the form below.


The ESRI International User Conference (UC) will be held July 13-17, 2009, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California. This free pass is worth $1200 (the cost of federal user registration)!!

Information concerning registration will be sent out in March/April. Please visit the ESRI web site for more information on the ESRI User Conference.

It is strongly suggested that if you plan to attend the ESRI User Conference to make hotel reservations ASAP. One can always cancel the hotel reservation.
