How do I get my "Draft" project & funding components get to Region for review?

Below is a check list to follow. It is the process used for approving projects and submitting funding components:

• Draft project and funding component information entered.

• Project is Park Approved by user with Approval Rights at park

• Projects are prioritized by user with Prioritization Rights at the park

• Park Priorities are locked, only Regional PMIS Administration can unlock

• Add/Edit Eligibles (eligible fund sources) and add/modify criteria - can be done by any one in the park with Edit rights

• Funding components are Park Submitted by user with Submission rights at the Park

• Region will review those Park Submitted Funding Components that have Submission dates that match the Servicewide Comprehensive Call (SCC)

Note funding takes place at the funding component level. Every project will have at least one funding component.
